SANS Hacker Techniques, Exploits, and Incident Handling

I will be teaching one of SANS’s most popular classes: Hacker Techniques, Exploits, and Incident Handling. The class will start December 8, 2011 and will run once a week on Thursday night from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. in Garden City.

Security 504 is the Hacker Techniques, Exploits and Incident Handling class from the SANS Institute.  This class will show you how malicious many of the security breaches are and how one can prevent, detect and respond to them.  I will be teaching you the strategies and tools needed to protect your systems in today’s environment.

If you are a part of an incident handling team, a general security practitioner, sys admin or security architect, this class will be challenging enough to keep you on your toes while providing you knowledge and skills you will be able to practice immediately at work the next day.
